Harlem Valley Psychiatric Center
Harlem Valley Psychiatric Center was originally intended to be a correctional facility, plans changed due to complaints from the locals. After operationing for 70 years, the closing took several jobs from the surrounding area and nearby businesses suffered. Redevelopment has taken place on a number of buildings.
